Brenda works with elite advisors who

of Risk Management and Investments.
She is fluent in both English and
Spanish and is learning French and
Hebrew.
Brenda is an active member in her
community volunteering her time in
several organizations like the Pillar
Board of Trustee and Chair of the
Emerging Leadership Council at Miami
Beach Chamber of Commerce, Young Ambassadors
Board for Miami Childrens Hospital,
Miami Contemporary Dance Company Board
Member, Miami Art Museum, Greater
Jewish Federation Leadership, and
AIPAC.
She resides in Miami Beach.

Paul Bavaro has been a financial
service professional for the past
23 years. His career began in the
challenging New York market, where
he was Vice-President for Citibank,
N.A. He managed some of the larger
financial centers in the greater New
York area and in 1999 he was transferred
to the Florida market to assist in
the growth and development of the
banks presence in South Florida. During
his 12 year career, he was responsible
for the client driven sales and service
performance of the various branches
that he managed.
In 2001, his career as a financial
services advisor began. From that
point on, his primary focus has been
helping his clients reach their financial
goals. This is a joint process that
is ongoing and ever-changing. Based
on what his clients’ individual
plans and aspirations are, he works
side by side with each of them to
make sure that their financial future
is protected. Paul works with families
and small business owners to ensure
that regardless of what life may bring,
their financial plan will provide
the results and protection they need.
Over the past 15 years, he has attained
his Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 NASD registrations.
He is also licensed to offer life,
health, disability and long term care
insurance, as well as multiple annuity
solutions. His clients are spread
out throughout the country, as far
west as California and as far north
as New York.
Paul continues to be very involved
in various networking and business
development groups. He is currently
the Vice-President for the Networking
Professionals Boynton Beach chapter.
He and his wife Leslie both live and
work in Palm Beach County, where they
are raising their 2 children Catherine
and William.
Eric Stein,

Mr. Stein is a financial advisor
affiliated with the Golish Financial
Group. He specializes in developing
and implementing financial strategies
and economic efficiencies for his
clients. As an insurance and financial
consultant he helps his clients organize,
grow, and protect their wealth.
Mr. Stein has been helping individuals,
families, and businesses, as well
as private foundations and public
charities, manage their financial
affairs for 20 years. He brings his
experience in family office work and
an affinity for personalized service
and handholding to his current practice.
Mr. Stein has a successful track record
of interacting with his clients and
their attorneys and accountants to
devise and implement sophisticated
financial and estate plans tailored
to the client’s objectives.
Also, as a former endowment development
consultant and executive director
of a large public charity, he has
extensive charitable gift planning
expertise. Mr. Stein taught seminars
on endowment development and mentored
many new professionals. He has also
been involved with several local charities
as a board member, volunteer, and
contributor.
Mr. Stein has MBA and MSW degrees
from Columbia University and a BA
from the University of Michigan. He
resides in Boca Raton, Florida with
his wife, Loren, and 4 children.

Mark Sher joined Golish Financial
Group with an extensive knowledge
of the ever changing health insurance
industry. He also holds licenses to
provide life and disability products.
Mark’s number one concern is
doing what is best for his clients,
free from any third party influence
or conflicts of interest. His consultative
approach of listening and gathering
pertinent information from his clients
is what has led him to be a top health
industry achiever, including multiple
Presidents’ awards from many
organizations. His greatest satisfaction
is being called by someone he has
never met for advice; based on a recommendation
from one of the over one thousand
individuals, families and business
owners he has helped in the past.
Mark has a Business Degree from the
University of Miami and resides in
Miami. He has two sons Ian, a recent
graduate of the Citadel, now an Officer
proudly serving in the United States
Army and Griffin a freshman at the
University of Miami.
Neil Kaplan
Employee Benefits Specialist
Mr. Kaplan is affiliated with Golish
Financial Group as an advisor focusing
his expertise to assist business of
all sizes with their employee benefit
plans.
Neil has been in the insurance and
financial services business since
1987. He began his career with the
Prudential Insurance Co. where he
earned President’s Club honors
in 1988 and 1989.
In 1991 Mr. Kaplan moved to Shearson
Lehman- American Express where he
focused his attention to “high
net-worth” retirement accounts.
After the Smith Barney purchase of
Shearson-Lehman in 1993, Mr. Kaplan
was promoted to Retirement Plan Operations,
where he served as Compliance Manager
for the Southeastern United States.
Mr. Kaplan reviewed for compliance,
all transactions within ERISA governed
accounts and Simplified Employee Pension
(SEP) accounts. He was awarded numerous
commendations and accolades for his
work.
In 1995, Mr. Kaplan co-founded the
employee benefits firm, Crown Management
Group, in Brooklyn, NY. As Vice President,
he saw CMG grow to a firm with over
20 employees.
Mr. Kaplan served as a human resource
consultant to the New Jersey Devils
of the National Hockey League from
2000-2003. He was a proud part of
two Stanley Cup Championships in 2000
and 2003.
In July 2000, Mr. Kaplan formed his
own firm Smith Kaplan Consulting Inc.
in Nanuet, NY. Along with his wife,
Bailey Smith-Kaplan, a licensed agent,
the Kaplan’s built Smith Kaplan
into an industry leader with offices
in Monsey, NY and Miami, Florida.
In June of 2008, Smith Kaplan moved
their base operations to Boca Raton,
FL, where it remains today. The Monsey
office serves as a sales office with
6 employees dedicated to the New York
Metropolitan area.
Mr. Kaplan and his wife Bailey reside
along with their three sons Mookie,
Ari and Joe, as well as their dog
Cody, in Boca Raton, FL and New Hempstead,
NY.

Mrs. McCullough joined Golish Financial
Group in 2002. During her career she
has held a variety of office management
and administrative positions to leverage
her skills in organization effectiveness.
Debbie and husband JD have two adult
children. Debbie enjoys spending time
with her granddaughter, gardening
and teaching children at her local
church.
